After finishing my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Economics with a major in Business Development & Marketing at the University of Passau and working as Head of Marketing for a mid 8-Figure retailer and B2B supplier I decided to follow my passion and take on the music industry full time in 2023 with the start of CULT.

Right out the gate I noticed a need for a full service agency that has REAL first hand insights into the business approach, real experience and a data based approach that exceeds repeating non-functional "new marketing hacks".

While building a strong and reliable client base in Europe, I noticed a missing bridge between the EU and international market, especially in B2B services provided. In a connected world, where marketing is digital, I saw a big opportunity to us my B2B experience and worldwide connections in the music industry to provide that bridge.
